· Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through: Stakeholder interviews, Workshops and working sessions, Process analysis
· Convert business needs into: Functional requirements non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security)
· Create detailed documentation: BRD (Business Requirements Document) o FRD (Functional Requirements Document) o User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
· Perform gap analysis between current and future state systems
· Collaborate with technical teams to design system solutions aligned with business requirements
· Define system workflows, data models, and integration points
· Translate requirements into: o API specifications o Interface/data mapping documents
· Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of solutions
· Participate in architectural discussions and recommend improvements
Good-to-Have
· Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies & Agile/Scrum frameworks
Responsibility of/Expectations from the Role:
· Act as the primary liaison between Business users, Product Owners, Development & QA Teams
· Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication
· Conduct regular status updates, demos, and feedback sessions
· Resolve requirement ambiguities and conflicts
Must participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
· Requirement gathering

· Development support
· Testing
· Deployment
· Post-production support
Must work in Agile/Scrum Environments:
· Backlog grooming
