Job description
Become the Director of Structured Lending at VersaBank in London, Ontario. In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll focus on managing client accounts and developing financing structures that enhance credit quality. You will provide oversight for the Structured Receivable Program, which includes managing new and existing client relationships and ensuring compliance in all underwriting processes. This role invites seasoned professionals keen on delivering exceptional client service and adept at navigating complex credit structures. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee portfolio management of client accounts within structured finance • Develop financing solutions tailored to client needs • Ensure compliance with internal lending and legal standards • Monitor credit performance and proactively manage risks • Collaborate to solve audit findings and improve processes Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in banking or structured finance • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred or in progress • Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities • Excellent communication and relationship management skills Take the lead in structured lending and client relations at VersaBank in London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
