En tant que coordinateur de projet, construction électrique, vous :
Assistez les chefs de projet et les superviseurs de chantier dans l'élaboration et le suivi actif du calendrier du projet et veillez à ce que les objectifs du projet soient atteints.
Vous tiendrez à jour les registres de contrôle des documents et suivrez les procédures de gestion de projet : ordres de modification, plans conformes à l'exécution, documents de clôture.
Vous fournirez des mises à jour sur l'état d'avancement des travaux et apporterez votre soutien dans le cadre des prévisions de projet, du contrôle des coûts et du programme d'efficacité T.I.M.E. de Plan Group.
Vous coordonnerez les livraisons d'équipements et de matériaux et superviserez les sous-traitants.
Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les procès-verbaux des réunions.
Tenir à jour les registres de tous les matériaux utilisés et de l'avancement des travaux, conformément aux directives de l'entreprise.
Identifier de manière proactive les problèmes potentiels et/ou les retards dans le calendrier et les porter à l'attention de la direction.
Notre candidat idéal possède :
Vous avez suivi des études postsecondaires en génie électrique.
Vous avez au moins un (1) an d'expérience dans le domaine ; une expérience dans le secteur est un atout certain.
Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office et MS Project ; une expérience avec des logiciels de planification tels que Primavera est un atout.
Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'analyse et la compréhension des plans de construction mécaniques et avez déjà travaillé sur des projets commerciaux.
