Job description
Elevate your legal career at Vantage Studios in Montreal as a Legal Counsel. Cater to renowned franchises like Assassin's Creed, offering strategic insights and creative problem-solving. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Legal Affairs, managing a portfolio of legal matters that influence game production and operations. Your expertise in negotiating agreements and providing strategic advice will be essential in navigating the dynamic gaming environment, and you will ensure teams are well-versed in legal concepts through effective training. Key Responsibilities: • Function as a legal partner from concept to operation • Negotiate and secure essential agreements with stakeholders • Offer solution-oriented legal advice in a fluid environment • Empower teams by training them on legal fundamentals • Manage pre-litigation scenarios with external legal counsel Requirements: • Expertise in contract law in tech or entertainment sectors • Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders • Proactive and accountable in managing legal cases • Analytical mindset with strengths in negotiation • Fluency in French and English for diverse communication Your legal contributions will be pivotal to the success of Vantage Studios' franchises. #J-18808-Ljbffr
