Job description
Support the dynamic team at TwelveSix Services in Calgary as an Operations Coordinator. This unique role combines organization, proactive problem-solving, and direct collaboration with founders in a fast-moving environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized individual early in their career. You will manage calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and coordinate various projects. Experience in administration, coordination, or project support is beneficial, but strong judgment and organizational skills are paramount.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics • Organize tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently • Prepare meeting agendas and action items diligently • Draft emails, presentations, and essential documents • Support project tracking and internal operations workflows

Requirements: • Experience in admin, operations, or related fields preferred • 1-3 years of relevant experience is ideal • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities • Tech-savvy and resourceful in problem-solving
