Job description
Join a global food leader embarking on an ambitious digital transformation across agriculture, manufacturing, and commercial capabilities. We are making significant investments in our digital platforms, technology, and a data-driven culture. As Portfolio Manager, you will guide business and technology leaders to define and deliver a portfolio of changes that maximize value. You will play a hands-on role in strategic project planning, execution, financial management, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology portfolio roadmap aligned with business goals.

Provide portfolio-level executive reporting, financial forecasting, and workforce planning.

Lead, coach, and support project managers/scrum masters while managing third-party vendor spend.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

10+ years of hands-on project management experience; 5+ years of people management.

Strong tech portfolio management experience, Agile/IT project knowledge, and JIRA/MS Project proficiency. PMP/PfMP preferred.
