Job description
Step into a pivotal Payroll Administrator role with our Finance team in Timmins. Contribute to high-volume payroll tasks while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Payroll Coordinator, this position suits individuals early in their payroll career with a minimum of three years of experience. You will manage payroll entries, validate critical employee data, and meet payroll deadlines, while collaborating closely with your team. Your contributions will help create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: • Process end-to-end payroll for various employee groups • Ensure accuracy in employee hours and earnings validation • Prepare and organize payroll documentation efficiently • Maintain compliance with payroll standards and deadlines • Collaborate on process enhancements within payroll function

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration • Progress in payroll certification or relevant education preferred • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software advantageous • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
