Job description
Experienced, Flexible Live-Out Nanny Needed for Two Young Boys in Collingwood, Ontario We are a warm, active and busy family living in beautiful Collingwood, Ontario, seeking a reliable, experienced, and flexible live-out nanny to care for our two wonderful boys, ages 18 months and 3 years. Our children are scheduled to begin daycare at Blue Mountain in September, although we are open to an earlier start date for the right candidate. A bit about us: both my husband and I are professional pilots and work rotating shift schedules. Because of this, we require a caregiver who is comfortable with a non-traditional work schedule and can provide flexible support when needed. What we're looking for: • Live-out nanny • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle • Experience caring for toddlers and young children • Comfortable with flexible and changing schedules • Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight care • Dependable, organized, and highly reliable • CPR/First Aid certification is an asset Schedule & Availability Our schedule varies significantly from week to week. Some weeks may require only limited support, while others may require additional coverage, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight stays, or extended care for one or two consecutive days while work takes us away. While our schedule is not traditional, we typically receive our monthly work schedules 2–3 weeks before the start of each month and will provide our nanny's schedule as far in advance as possible. To provide stability and predictability, we are happy to guarantee a mutually agreed-upon minimum number of paid hours each month, regardless of whether all hours are used. Compensation We understand that our scheduling needs are unique and require a high level of flexibility and commitment. We are willing to offer premium compensation for the right candidate and are happy to discuss a compensation package that fairly reflects the responsibilities, availability, and flexibility required.
