Job description
Lead day-to-day community operations as a General Manager, focusing on employee and resident satisfaction. This role includes full P&L responsibility and developing high-performing teams. As the General Manager, you will oversee operations and team management to ensure a thriving environment. Your responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, and improving both staff and resident experiences. You'll collaborate closely with the Community Sales Manager and regularly communicate performance metrics to the Regional Vice President. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all community operations and team performance • Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts • Implement marketing strategies to boost community census • Develop budgets and manage expenses efficiently • Ensure compliance with all company regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • 3-5 years in operations management in senior living • Proven success in financial target achievement • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Valid driver’s license and adherence to vehicle policy Drive community success while enhancing both resident and employee experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
