Job description
Spectrum is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in Toronto to enhance our recruitment process and drive an exceptional candidate experience. Work hands-on with top talent!

In your role at Spectrum, you will manage candidates from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and the organization. Your responsibilities include conducting screenings, interviews, and maintaining strong internal collaboration to support workforce planning and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process from end to end • Interview candidates and complete reference checks • Review resumes and manage candidate documentation • Build strong relationships to identify staffing needs • Act as a brand ambassador to improve hiring strategies

Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in high volume recruitment • Understanding of hiring best practices • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
