Customer Service Administrator - Relationship Associate Worksite Location: Brampton, Ontario (on-site)
Role Type: Temporary for 3 months with potential to extend or more
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 40 hours/week
Hourly Payrate: $20/hr plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Relationship Associate to join our client's team in Brampton, Ontario. This is a fully on-site position where you will play a key role in supporting Branch success in an administrative capacity by balancing business development with portfolio management and risk oversight.
What You'll Do (Your Impact) As a Relationship Associate, you will contribute directly to achieving Branch goals by:
- Onboarding new customers and identifying opportunities to help grow their businesses
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Leveraging reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to uncover growth opportunities and identify risk
- Managing daily customer delinquency activities and ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinating lot audit reconciliations with the centralized inventory audit team
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the assigned region
- Applying critical thinking to evaluate business scenarios and risk factors
- Supporting additional responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring - At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar client service administrator like role; experience from the financing industry an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Flexible, willing and wanting to learn; takes initiative and driven to be a valuable team member
- A keen interest in being involved in business development and client relationship management
- A valid class G driver's license is required
Additional Information - This is an on-site role based in Brampton, Ontario
- Travel will be required for client visits if the position becomes permanent so this must be of interest to you to ensure it is in line with the 'fit'
