Light Assembler - Woodbridge

Our client, a leading Automotive Manufacturing company is looking for experienced full-time Light Assemblers / Machine Operators to start as soon as possible, at their Woodbridge location.

Full time long term positions.

Location : Highway 407 and Weston Rd (Woodbridge, ON)

Shifts Available :

Morning shift 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm

Afternoon shift 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm

Night shift 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am

Payrates :

Morning shift - Base pay $18.54 / hr + 4% vacation pay = $19.28 per hour

Afternoon shift - Base pay $19.04 / hr + 4% vacation pay = $19.80 per hour

Night shift - Base pay $19.54 / hr + 4% vacation pay = $20.32 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Perform General Assembly and other operations, and inspection. Training will be provided.
• Performs production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals. May perform work manually and / or by machine operation.
• Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem-solving activities.
• Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned areas.
• Report any unsafe condition or action or work related injury to his or her supervisor.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Understand responsibility for health and safety.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety rules
• Perform other duties as necessary in support of team objectives.
