AR

• Daily cash application
• AR reminders and collections, and invoicing
  

AP/Expense Management

• Daily credit card transaction coding and employee reimbursement reviews
  

General Accounting Support

• Post basic bank journal entries
• Support customer/vendor reconciliations
• Cover staff vacations for AR/AP tasks

About You

• Hands-on Accounts Receivable experience (cash application, invoicing)
• Exposure to Accounts Payable and expense management
• Strong attention to detail with transactional accounting tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Agile/ Willing to learn

Pay Range
$25- $30 per hour
