Proposal & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and other pursuit opportunities.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, content libraries, tools, and best practices.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
• Assist with the development of presentations, brochures, promotional materials, reports, and branded collateral.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign schedules.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, company communications, and website updates.
• Write and edit marketing copy for announcements, promotional campaigns, presentations, and corporate materials.
• Coordinate newsletters, event communications, and project milestone announcements.
• Coordinate website updates and ensure content remains current and relevant.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in proposals, marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Experience supporting proposal submissions within the construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and pursuit management processes.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
