Your Role

We're looking for a versatile and passionate professional who can confidently navigate between digital marketing, content creation, and web projects. If you already leverage AI to work smarter while maintaining a strategic and human-centered mindset, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

1. Content & SEO: Content Creation & Digital Visibility

Your mission: Build our clients' brand awareness and maximize their visibility across search engines, digital platforms, and AI-powered answer engines.

• Develop and manage strategic content calendars.
• Create and optimize content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Write SEO, GEO, and AEO-focused blog articles.
• Create newsletters and email automation campaigns.
• Plan, publish, and manage content indexing.
• Conduct keyword research and contribute to SEO strategies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content research, creation, and optimization.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital marketing, SEO, and artificial intelligence.

2. Digital Advertising: Acquisition & Performance

Your mission: Reach the right audiences, generate business opportunities, and maximize advertising ROI.

• Configure, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Launch and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Develop remarketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and data analysis.

3. Development: Websites & Web Applications

Your mission: Contribute to the creation of high-performing digital solutions that support business growth.

• Participate in the design and development of modern, SEO-friendly websites.
• Integrate, update, and optimize website content.
• Help improve user experience (UX) and conversion journeys.
• Collaborate on the development of client portals and secure online platforms.
• Participate in the creation of custom internal tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of web applications and SaaS solutions.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Explore opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into digital solutions.

Who We're Looking For

Above all, we're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and passionate about digital technologies. You don't need to be an expert in every service we offer. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and growing in a constantly evolving environment.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or within a digital agency.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, or web projects.
• Experience creating or managing websites.

Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO principles.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Artificial Intelligence & Innovation

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• UX/UI knowledge.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
