Job description
Lead client services at Acosta Group as a Senior Client Manager. Focus on operational performance and fostering client relationships for measured revenue growth.

The Senior Client Manager is tasked with driving revenue through existing clients and securing new accounts. You will provide analysis for client businesses, manage direct reports, and coordinate new initiatives. This role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive revenue growth with current clients and acquire new accounts • Analyze client sales and recommend performance improvements • Manage multiple direct reports and facilitate their development • Build trust-based relationships through clear communication • Oversee execution of client initiatives and relevant reporting

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in client management • 4+ years in account management within retail or marketing • 2+ years of business development experience • Experience in technology or consumer electronics preferred • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and problem-solving abilities
