About Our Family

We are a driven and warm, down to earth, family-focused household with two young boys, ages 1 and 4 years old. Our children are energetic, curious, and full of personality, and attend daycare. This is a joyful and full season of life for our family as we balance growing careers, parenting, and building a home environment that supports our lifestyle goals.

Both parents work full time. Dad is a financial advisor and Mom works remotely in the pharmaceutical field. While our professional lives are demanding, our focus at home is creating a calm, organized environment where we can be present with our children and enjoy meaningful family time together.

We value positivity, and strong relationships, while also holding high expectations for how our home functions day to day. Consistency, routines, and thoughtful organization are important to us. Mom has built systems that help the household operate smoothly, and maintaining those systems with care and attention to detail will be an important part of this role's success.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home and who brings a positive, growth-minded approach to their work. The right person will help create ease and flow in our daily lives while honoring the structure and routines already in place. Ultimately, we hope to build a long-term partnership with someone who

genuinely enjoys this type of work and values supporting a family through the evolving seasons of life.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional who takes pride in running a home with a high level of organization, consistency, and attention to detail. You approach your work with ownership and care, and you naturally see what needs to be done before being asked.

You are systems-minded and thrive in environments where routines and structure matter. You are comfortable maintaining existing household systems while also identifying opportunities to improve organization, flow, and efficiency within the home.

You enjoy supporting families in meaningful ways while maintaining healthy boundaries and professionalism. You understand the importance of discretion and respect the privacy of a home environment, particularly when parents are working remotely.

While childcare is not the primary focus of this role, you are comfortable supporting the end of day pick up routine and assisting with the children when needed. You genuinely enjoy being around young children, being engaging and creative with the early childhood developmental stages and understand the rhythm of family life.

You are self-directed, reliable, and proactive. You communicate clearly with parents about household updates and priorities and take initiative to ensure the home continues to run smoothly day to day.

Most importantly, you are seeking a long-term role where you can take pride in maintaining a well-run home and becoming a trusted part of a family's support system.
