Unlock your potential as a Senior Insurance Advisor at Westland Insurance Group in Surrey, BC. This role emphasizes exceptional client service and complex case management within a welcoming environment.

Westland Insurance Group is on the lookout for a Senior Insurance Advisor to join the King George office. With at least two to three years of insurance experience, you will foster client relationships and manage more intricate insurance cases. As a mentor to junior advisors, your insights will drive team performance and enhance community engagement through quality service.

Key Responsibilities: • Educate clients on diverse insurance products • Manage and resolve complex insurance cases • Recommend solutions based on client needs • Share expertise by mentoring junior staff • Enhance local community profiles through insurance education

Requirements: • Two to three years of relevant industry experience • Level 2 insurance broker license; pursuing CAIB/CIP • Strong sales target achievement record • Excellent time management skills • Confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
