Job description
Join Syngenta as a Site Management Leader at our Toulouse Innovation Center, where you can drive strategic initiatives and enhance team collaboration in a bilingual role.

This key position requires a proven leader to guide the site's operations and support scientific endeavors. The role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, ensuring a thriving work environment while maintaining high performance and operational standards. Collaborate with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders to align research priorities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the site's operational momentum and strategic projects • Cultivate a high-performing and innovative organizational culture • Manage site budget and resource allocation effectively • Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations • Engage actively with internal and external representatives

Requirements: • Engineering degree or equivalent with 10 years management experience • Background in site operations, R&D, or similar • Experience leading transformational change in global contexts • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Must be fluent in French and English
