Job description
Become an integral part of restaurant success as an Assistant General Manager. Utilize your hands-on management skills to foster a passionate team and deliver exceptional food and service.

In this role, you will actively participate in daily operations while focusing on performance, employee development, and customer engagement. Your leadership will involve recruiting, training new team members, and ensuring product quality. By following organized systems, you'll enhance the guest experience and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruit and onboard new restaurant team members • Support employee performance and career development • Prepare and oversee food production for quality • Maintain efficient operational systems daily • Control inventory and manage labor costs
