Job description
Join PRI as a Junior Accounting Administrator in Kelowna, where detail-oriented work meets financial support. This role offers exposure across Billing, Finance, and Administration functions to kickstart your career.

In this position, you will support the billing process and assist with accounts receivable and payable. This collaborative role allows you to build essential accounting skills while contributing to financial reporting and office administration. Your proactive approach will help resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities: • Process client invoices accurately and efficiently • Handle billing queries from clients and internal teams • Maintain and verify billing records prior to submission • Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting • Manage front desk duties, including visitor interactions

Requirements: • Educational background in accounting or business administration • Understanding of basic bookkeeping processes • Exceptional detail orientation in all tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
