We are seeking a handful of bright, passionate professionals to work on a contractual basis to support our team of recruiters during a peak hiring period.

What will your typical day look like?

What you will do:

  • Facilitate and support all aspects of campus recruiting, acting as a liaison between Deloitte and our Chosen Schools. This includes planning and executing recruitment events, managing logistics, and helping our Campus Recruitment
  • Specialists and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events such as information sessions, support the execution of case competitions and other Deloitte-hosted events, including managing event logistics, including venue booking, catering, materials, and name tags.
  • Act as a point of contact for potential candidates, providing information about the company and available opportunities.
  • Assist with pre-screening, resume review, and interview scheduling.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and Campus Recruitment Specialists to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Manage event invitations, screening reports, and other administrative tasks related to campus recruiting.

About the team

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the Campus Recruitment Specialists in executing a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience by assisting in executing the targeted campus strategy as defined by the Campus Recruitment Specialist, inclusive of full cycle recruitment and event management.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in campus
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
  • Exceptional planning skills and an ability to execute complex initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong computer skills (all Microsoft Office products)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships within a team environment

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $25- $29 per hour depending on an individual's experience. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people.
