Job description
Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Dietitian with CBI Home Health in Red Deer, Alberta. Deliver culturally appropriate care and support clients in their nutrition journeys through flexible scheduling options.

As a key member of the CBI Home Health team, you will assess nutritional status and craft individualized care plans. This role requires a focus on person-centered care, collaboration with healthcare partners, and monitoring client progress. By providing nutrition counseling and education, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence at home.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and develop individualized nutrition care plans • Provide education on meal planning and food safety • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary • Collaborate with healthcare and community partners • Maintain ethical practice adhering to health standards

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Dietitians of Alberta • Knowledge of tube feeds is an asset • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to travel within the community • Passion for person-centered care
