Job description
Join Hagen Group as a Paid Media Buyer in Mississauga, Ontario, with a hybrid work model. This role combines strategic planning and analytical skills to boost brand visibility and engagement.

As a Media Buyer, you'll leverage your expertise in media planning and buying, focusing on cross-channel strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads. This position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact in the pet care industry through well-executed media strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Strategize and execute paid media campaigns across multiple platforms • Own end-to-end campaign management and optimization • Analyze performance data for actionable insights • Manage media budgets and forecast effectively • Partner with creative teams to align campaign objectives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field • 3–5 years of media planning and buying experience • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels • Proficient in Google Analytics and reporting tools • Bilingual in French and English is advantageous
