Job description
Become a Red Seal Millwright with Premier Tech Growers and Consumers in Richer. Utilize your skills in equipment maintenance and join a leader in the horticulture industry.

This position focuses on maintaining mobile and stationary production equipment while ensuring safety protocols are upheld. You will carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Your role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency within a collaborative production environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment • Document and track all maintenance work completed • Uphold Health and Safety practices across operations • Collaborate regularly with management and team members • Execute preventive maintenance tasks per OEM guidelines

Requirements: • Certified Manitoba or inter-provincial Red Seal Millwright • Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical equipment • Related training in hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Ability to work rotating shifts and in varied weather conditions • Basic electrical understanding and computer literacy
