Candidates must have strong communication skills and possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license. You'll gain firsthand knowledge to provide administrative support while engaging directly with customers to fulfill their rental requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls for reservations and general inquiries • Assist customers in-person and assess rental needs • Process returns, check-ins, and manage exit kiosk transactions • Provide general assistance and vehicle condition assessment • Market company vehicle options and upgrades as needed

Requirements: • High school diploma with some college preferred • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience • Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license • No significant driving record violations • Authorized to work in Canada
