Job description
Become a pivotal Service Assistant at VinFast Canada, supporting electric mobility advancement. Your role will involve engaging with customers while providing essential support in vehicle servicing and parts tasks.

As a Service Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the Service Centre team, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency. You will assist in daily activities within the Service and Parts Departments, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in electric vehicle support. This role is essential for anyone looking to cultivate their career in a fast-growing, innovative automotive landscape.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers courteously in Service and Sales • Support daily tasks for the Service Department • Deliver vehicles between production and sales • Assist the Parts Team with receiving and stocking • Maintain organization of the service lot

Requirements: • High School Diploma or relevant experience • Passion for customer service and electric vehicles • Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
