Job description
Become an Experienced Site Representative with R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, contributing to essential infrastructure projects. This full-time role values your unique perspective and innovative ideas.

We are looking for a proficient Site Representative to collaborate on linear projects like roads and sewers. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant experience, excelling in contract administration and communication. Your work will involve preparing key project documents, facilitating meetings, and liaising with clients to foster effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare contract documents and engineering drawings • Facilitate project meetings and take detailed notes • Handle contract extra work claims processing • Prepare monthly progress and budget estimates • Maintain safety regulations at project sites

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Civil Tech diploma • 15+ years of similar project experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Hold a valid class G driver’s license • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
