Job description
Elevate your coaching career at Orangetheory as a Group Fitness Coach, where your energy inspires members to achieve their fitness goals. Join a community of supportive professionals in a dynamic, high-performance culture.

As a Group Fitness Coach, you will lead engaging, science-based workouts while prioritizing member experience in a fast-paced environment. This role requires multitasking to keep participants motivated and informed while collaborating closely with the sales team to guide newcomers effectively. Your commitment to form accuracy and heart-rate training will empower members to reach their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead pre-designed workouts with enthusiasm • Ensure high-quality experiences for all class participants • Assist members in setting and achieving fitness goals • Collaborate with sales for new member introductions • Provide corrections for proper form during workouts

Requirements: • Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification • CPR/AED/First Aid certification required • Passion for fitness and motivating others • Ability to work 8-12+ hours a week • Team player with strong communication skills
