Job description
Elevate your accounting career with TESC as a Detail-Oriented Accounting Assistant. This role balances Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll, offering the chance to develop your accounting expertise.

TESC is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join its Finance team. The successful candidate will support financial operations, including processing invoices, collections, and payroll tasks. This position is pivotal in maintaining compliance and supporting the Finance team through audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: • Support Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll functions • Process invoices, payments, and cash receipts accurately • Address vendor and client inquiries effectively • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with policies

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field • 2–3 years of accounting or AP/AR experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication abilities for confidential matters
