Be part of the on-site team, where you’ll manage the logistics and execution for high-impact learning programs—making every event seamless and successful.

What will your typical day look like?

You will be an integral part of a team that plans and delivers impactful learning opportunities for our Deloitte professionals.

  • Program delivery support: Assist with the planning and delivery of learning programsby scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and helping teams stay aligned to key milestones.
  • Logistics administration: Build and maintain accurate registration sites, event apps and program data to ensure accuracy and positive participant experiences.
  • On-site program support: Provide on-site support for in-person programs, helping troubleshoot issues and escalating to senior team members as required.
  • L&D operational support: Assist with reporting, scheduling, data tracking, presentations, and special projects across the Learning & Development team, with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy.

About the team

As part of the wider Learning & Development team, the Learning Centre: Calgary coordinator will work closely with the LC: Calgary lead and the program development teams to execute in-person firmwide learnings at our dedicated learning space in Calgary.

You are someone with these required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an event co-ordination, hospitality or operations role
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while multi-tasking as well as the ability to work independently, under time pressure and deal effectively under stress
  • A strong service orientation, with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to a positive on site experience for participants and stakeholders
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Cvent or other event management software
  • Flexibility with working hours (on-site responsibilities and possible evenings and weekends)

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
