Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings. Human Resources Exemption:

No Experience

One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial) Education

Fireman Boiler Operator certificate Licenses

Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training

Pool Operator certificate, where required Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required. Competencies

Communication skills Interpersonal skills Basic - Computer skills Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities
