Job description
Drive funding and liquidity initiatives as the Group Manager II at TD in Toronto, Ontario. This role leads a team while ensuring service standards and risk management are met every day. TD is searching for a dynamic Group Manager II for its Funding & Cash Management team. You will oversee daily operations, partner with departments such as Treasury and the Front Office, and enhance client services while fostering an inclusive team culture. Strong leadership and project management skills are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: • Lead team performance and engagement initiatives • Oversee operational delivery to meet service standards • Partner with stakeholders to support issue resolution • Drive operational improvements for efficiency and control • Build a capable team through ongoing coaching Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in Capital Market Operations • Expertise in funding and intraday liquidity solutions • Strong communication and consultative skills • Proven leadership and multitasking abilities • University degree in a relevant quantitative field Leverage your expertise in funding and cash management within TD's dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
