Job description
Step into a leadership role with Canada Post as a Postmaster. This position centers on community engagement, staff supervision, and promoting postal products effectively. As the Postmaster, you will serve as the face of Canada Post in your area, directly impacting customer experiences through active community involvement. Your management of postal operations, staff training, and product promotion are crucial to delivering quality service and meeting retail expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with the community regarding postal services • Drive sales of postal products to businesses and residents • Manage post office operations and service hours • Supervise and assess postal staff performance • Ensure effective management of mail delivery routes Requirements: • High School Diploma or applicable experience • Leadership experience in team settings • Public interaction in retail/service environments • Understanding of postal service regulations • Capable of lifting and sorting mail containers up to 50 lb Lead with commitment and service as a Postmaster at Canada Post, being a pivotal part of your community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
