Job description
Join Dynacare as a permanent part-time Laboratory Assistant in Midland and surrounding areas. This role focuses on data entry, specimen collection, and patient interaction from Monday to Friday.

As a Laboratory Assistant at Dynacare, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate handling of specimens and patient data. Required skills include phlebotomy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage patient comfort effectively. This position will have you engaged in a collaborative, diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Create a best-in-class customer experience • Accurately enter patient and test information • Obtain quality blood samples using venipuncture • Sort, steer specimens, and perform ECGs • Ensure documentation meets SOPs for data entry

Requirements: • Secondary School with Laboratory Assistant training • Experience and skill in phlebotomy • Customer-focused with care for patient health • Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-oriented setting • Proficient in written and verbal English
