Job description
Use your culinary skills to help celebrate healthcare heroes in our community! Join us as a Volunteer at the Evergreen Health Centre Appreciation Dinner on June 12 from 1pm to 4pm.

This role with Yonge Street Mission invites volunteers to contribute to meal preparation, grilling, and kitchen organization alongside the Kitchen Chef. Your efforts will honor local medical professionals who serve tirelessly throughout the year. Make a meaningful impact while enhancing your culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Help with grilling and food preparation under guidance • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal production • Plate meals and set up food stations for the event • Keep the kitchen clean and organized during preparation • Support with general kitchen cleanup, including dishwashing

Requirements: • Enthusiasm for cooking and teamwork in the kitchen • Commitment to one-day volunteering on June 12 • Willingness to learn kitchen best practices • Enjoyment in serving others through food • Ability to positively impact guests' dining experiences
