Drive safety excellence as Uline's Safety Manager in Toronto, overseeing critical safety operations for a large workforce. Deliver continuous improvement and ensure compliance across our facilities. As the Safety Manager, you will manage Uline's safety programs in the 1.2 million-square-foot Toronto warehouse, impacting over 550 employees. Your role involves working with management to achieve safety goals aligned with legal requirements and internal policies. You will lead a dedicated team of Safety Coordinators and oversee safety audits while reviewing incidents to fortify our safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Uline’s comprehensive safety program • Establish safety goals in collaboration with management • Conduct warehouse safety audits regularly • Train and lead Safety Coordinators effectively • Manage worker's compensation claims with HR Requirements: • Bachelor's degree is a must • Minimum 3 years of warehouse safety management • Certifications in First Aid and Joint Health and Safety • OHS experience at the provincial level preferred • Experience in Environmental Health and Safety is a plus Utilize your skills in safety management to create a safer workplace at Uline in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
