Overview

Breakthru Beverage Canada (BBC) is the leading Sales Broker in the Canadian marketplace representing suppliers such as Diageo, Brown-Forman, Casamigos, Aquilini Brands, EPI and Lucas Bols. Drive volume and increase visibility of products in accounts. Support sales teams in merchandising activities. Must have fully insured, reliable and appropriate transportation Territory: Edmonton, Alberta Schedule: Monday - Friday This individual will be contracted through our 3rd party vendor, HireGenics. Responsibilities

Execute merchandising efforts in On Premise and Retail outlets for all our products, general distribution and promotions/programs. Develop effective business relationships with assigned customers Provide management with specific and current information on competitive activity, market challenges and merchandising opportunities. Execute sales driver objectives Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management Pack out shelves, build and refresh displays, place POS and stock cold box (where permitted) Obtain feedback from accounts on effectiveness of consumer programming and report trends to management Design and build creative displays to showcase brands Coordinate timing of merchandising activities with sales teams and communicate merchandising tactics to customer Continual development of industry, channel, and brand knowledge Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required Minimum Qualifications

1 year working experience Proficient MS Office skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills Rely on some instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition Must have fully insured, reliable and appropriate transportation Preferred Qualifications

Compensation rate: $17 an hour. Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72 per KM. This individual will be contracted through our 3rd party vendor, HireGenics.
