Job description
Lead strategic initiatives as a Customer Strategic Planning Manager at Church & Dwight on a 12-month contract. Focus on enhancing brand performance and sales strategies.

This pivotal role will require you to develop channel and commercial strategies that align with organizational goals. A minimum of six years in customer marketing, along with strong leadership for sales initiatives, is essential. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure effective planning and execution of brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement brand growth strategies in channels • Design trade funding strategies to maximize profits • Manage the go-to-market planning process effectively • Monitor and report on sales fundamentals regularly • Engage in annual planning and trade negotiations

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in CPG marketing • Proven track record in sales and account management • Demonstrated success in brand and trade fund management • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills • Knowledge of Canadian retailer channels
