Stores Operative at Rubix

Step into the role of Stores Operative at Rubix and be a pivotal part of our Insite team. Use your manufacturing or engineering background to enhance our customer service operations.

This permanent, full-time position allows you to report to the Stores Manager and ensure we secure the necessary parts and tooling for clients. While knowledge of our products is beneficial, you will receive full training. Building relationships with engineering and procurement managers will be essential for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Attend key production meetings to understand priorities • Follow stores management processes with customer teams • Ensure delivery of customer service levels as agreed • Understand stores management procedures clearly • Work with site teams to manage stock effectively

Requirements: • Experience in manufacturing or engineering settings • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to forge strong relationships in B2B environments • Background in sales or procurement in heavy industry • Eagerness to learn about our products and services
