Job description
Join BOXX Modular in Stoney Creek, ON as a full-time Service Technician III. This on-site role involves maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of modular units to ensure optimal condition for customers.

As a Service Technician III, you will play a vital role in the BOXX Modular branch, responsible for various tasks from general repairs to installing kitchenettes, all aimed at meeting customer specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong handyman skills, with experience in construction and repairs like floor and siding work. Your contribution supports efficient operations in our rental fleet, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct floor repairs including tile and carpentry work • Build and repair walls adhering to customer needs • Install kitchenettes, sinks, and toilets as required • Perform exterior steel siding work • Maintain cleanliness of modular units and yard

Requirements: • 3-7 years construction or handyman experience • Valid driver’s license with a clean record • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Ability to work outdoors in various weather • Forklift ticket and WHMIS certification preferred
