Job description
Become a pivotal part of our team as a Night Shift Department Manager, where your leadership will enhance our store's efficiency. This full-time role is suited for individuals eager to learn and lead. As a Department Manager, you will attend to various management tasks during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and team performance. We seek candidates with at least two years of retail experience and a drive to expand their knowledge in management. You'll be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve success through effective communication and goal setting. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct management activities within your department • Set clear objectives and communicate them to your team • Coach and provide feedback for continuous improvement • Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies • Adhere to and monitor departmental budgets Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years retail experience required • High school diploma or college degree preferred • Management background is highly valued • Strong leadership and communication abilities • Willingness to engage in training opportunities Lead your department with confidence and ensure operational excellence as our Night Shift Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
