Madrina Bar y Tapas invites skilled Cooks to join their dynamic and respectful Back of House team. This position offers invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth, including mentorship from renowned chefs and engaging competition events like the Greatest Dish Challenge. Participate in enriching educational field trips that inspire creativity and new culinary techniques.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook meals according to specific recipes • Ensure cleanliness and organization in your workspace • Use kitchen equipment responsibly and skillfully • Follow FIFO procedures to maintain food quality • Work effectively with fellow team members

Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years cooking in a fast-paced restaurant • Culinary training or equivalent practical experience • Strong passion for cooking and food creativity • Solid communication skills with teammates • Eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field
