Job description
Elevate the patient experience as a Medical Receptionist at MIC Medical Imaging. Join our welcoming team and help streamline operations across our clinics.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to act as the face of our clinics in Edmonton. Your role is vital to ensuring each patient feels valued and supported from check-in to exam. You will engage with patients, manage their records, and maintain a clean reception environment, contributing to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients and check them in with accurate data collection • Respond to phone inquiries and assist with questions • Keep patient records updated and confidential • Help guide patients to their exams and ensure comfort • Maintain cleanliness and organization at reception

Requirements: • High school diploma is essential • Medical office experience is preferred • Professional handling of sensitive information • Friendly, approachable demeanor committed to patient service • Medical Office Assistant or Unit Clerk program is an asset
