Job description
Drive growth in agriculture sales as the Vice President at Brandt for Alberta and Saskatchewan. This key leadership role focuses on sales performance and market share alignment with corporate strategy.

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be pivotal in achieving profitability and growth in the agriculture sector. Responsible for managing inventory, forecasting sales, and guiding sales teams, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. VP of Sales while fostering customer satisfaction and public relations. This position is integral to the long-term success of Brandt's objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales growth across Alberta and Saskatchewan • Manage asset protection and inventory turnover • Develop forecasts for optimal inventory mix • Guide sales team development for maximum efficiency • Establish and build community and industry relations

Requirements: • Proven experience in agricultural sales leadership • Strong background in financial performance management • Ability to lead and develop sales professionals • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
