Job description
Join TG Minto Corporation as a Paint Setup Technician, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing paint processes. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility in shift hours.

As a Set Up Technician, you will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure smooth paint operations in a dynamic automotive environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring machinery, pre-shift checks, and ensuring quality control in production processes. Embrace the opportunity to grow within a prestigious Tier1 supplier for Toyota and Honda by mastering essential techniques and systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and adjust the painting process in real-time • Perform color and style change operations • Conduct paint fluid checks and calibrate meters • Start equipment and conduct pre-shift checks • Document daily production and address material needs

Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 Secondary School Graduation Diploma • Strong attendance and performance record • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Willingness to learn and adapt • Basic math skills for operational tasks
