The Branch Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency profitability and compliance with company policies. This role focuses on driving sales performance delivering outstanding customer service managing inventory and merchandising and overseeing product receiving and delivery processes. The Branch Manager ensures a safe organized and well-maintained facility while fostering a culture of trust service and accountability. Key responsibilities include staff supervision and development schedule management conflict resolution inter-branch coordination and maintaining effective visual merchandising to support overall business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications
6 or more years experience with logistics or distribution and related functions.
3 or more years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Knowledge and execution of a quality system (ISO preferred) LEAN and Six Sigma principals.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Proficient in using office technology including computers photocopiers scanners phone systems and virtual meeting platforms as required for daily responsibilities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position may require up to 4043 hours per week and involves regular physical activity including:
Frequent lifting of 2550 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.
Operating forklifts and material handling equipment for up to 6 hours daily.
Regular bending climbing squatting kneeling and reaching.
Pushing/pulling objects up to 300 lbs. occasionally.
Prolonged use of hands arms and feet for equipment operation.
Periods of sitting standing walking and twisting throughout the shift.
Visual requirements include close distance color and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and focus adjustment.
