Associate Client Executive

  • You will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions
  • The Associate Client Executive is ultimately fully accountable for all solutions and resource delivery to the client as well as the management and growth of the client P&L, individually and in the aggregate across a book of business
  • This role will also partner with Client Executive on accounts to support their client service efforts and as an avenue for professional development

We will count on you to :

  • Review client / prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product / service requirements
  • Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers
  • Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
  • Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients
  • Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation
  • Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team
  • Manage timely billing / collection for each client
  • Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities
  • Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client / prospect
  • Participate in professional development activities / courses
  • Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients

What you need to have :

  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance
  • AMF license or ability to obtain one in 3 months of hire
  • Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skill in both French and English verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the C’ Suite
  • Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office
