Shape the future of transit with Egis as a Vice-President, focusing on strategic bus and transit infrastructure. Drive technical excellence and grow sustainable mobility solutions across Canada. Egis seeks a Vice-President of Bus and Transit to lead initiatives and foster innovation within Canada’s transit sector. This senior role emphasizes strategic leadership, project oversight, and team development. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in transit infrastructure, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance internal capabilities and client value. Key Responsibilities: • Develop vision and strategy for Bus and Transit discipline • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team • Engage public agencies and private clients effectively • Oversee major bus and transit project planning and design • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 15+ years of transit infrastructure experience • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license preferred • Strong business acumen and client-facing experience • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams Lead innovative transit solutions and technical advancements as a key figure at Egis in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
