Job description
Manage day-to-day functions at the Quebec Surficial Mineralization Hub with Carbon Removal Canada in Thetford Mines. This role emphasizes both technical knowledge and operational leadership. The Director will be responsible for the Hub's daily administration while engaging effectively with project teams, regulators, and stakeholders. A significant part of this role involves building a solid data backbone to facilitate shared learning and project assessment, which is pivotal for the success of the Hub's initiatives. Candidates must possess a unique fusion of operational capability and technical reasoning. Key Responsibilities: • Direct the operational flow of the Quebec Surficial Mineralization Hub • Coordinate with various project partners and stakeholders • Develop a comprehensive data management system • Evaluate project viability within the overarching portfolio • Act as the public face of the Hub at key functions Requirements: • Demonstrated skill in technical leadership and management • Several years of experience in project oversight and planning • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication • Legal right to employment in Canada • Willingness to engage in frequent travel for Hub commitments Elevate the impact of carbon removal strategies as the Director, combining technical insight with effective operations in Quebec. #J-18808-Ljbffr
